IBCS Poland privacy policy

1. Website does not collect any information automatically, apart from information included in cookies.

2. Cookie files are IT data, especially text files that are stored in end device of website User and are used for browsing Internet sites. Cookies usually include name of the website they are from, time of storage on end device and unique number.

3. The entity that puts cookies on User's end device and gains access to them is IBCS Poland Sp. z o.o located in Nowy Sącz, Al. Piłsudskiego 46.

4. Cookies are used to create statistics that help understand how website Users use it, which enables improving its structure and content.

5. The website uses two basic types of cookies: session cookies and persistent cookies. Session cookies are temporary files that are stored in User's end device until logging out, leaving the website or turning software off. Persistent cookies are stored in User's end device for time determined in cookies parameters or until the User deletes them.

6. The website uses the following types of cookies: analytical cookie files (by independent Google Inc.) – deleting these files does not block use of the website). Analytical cookie files collect information on how the website is used, what website was the User redirected from, how many Users visited website and how long was the visit. These files do not register User's data, but are used to create website statistics.

7. In many cases, the browser allows storing cookie files in User's end device by default. Users can change cookie settings at any time. These settings can be changed to block automatic cookie use in browser settings or inform each time cookie files are transmitted to User's device. Detailed information about possibilities and ways of handling cookie files are available in software settings (Internet browser).

8. Website operator informs that limiting use of cookie files does not influence functionalities available on website.

Regulations for the processing of personal data

for the processing of this data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free flow of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (general regulation on data protection).

1. IBCS Poland becomes a temporary Administrator of your personal data, i.e. your name, e-mail address, telephone number of IBCS Poland via any means of communication (Internet, telephone, e-mail and traditional, social media channels, direct meetings, etc.).

2. The personal data provided will be stored in the CRM system (Customer Relationship Management software used by IBCS Poland to manage the flow of information with their clients) and will be stored there until receivingyour consent for processing them for the purposes set out below through a clear approval of data processing, but no more than 7 days.

3. After obtaining permission to process your basic data referred to in point 1 in at least one of the following ranges:
a. establishing business contacts and executing orders,
b. transfer of commercial and marketing information by IBCS Poland and its business partners,
c. the further transfer of personal data by IBCS Poland for processing only and exclusively for the purpose and to the extent specified in point. 3a and 3b.
IBCS Poland becomes the Administrator of this data and provides protection in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation.

4. Personal data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area to IBCS Poland business partners specified at https://www.ibcs.pl/poznaj-nas/partnerzy-biznesowi/ in order to obtain a special offer.

5. Personal data will be stored for a period of mutual commercial activity and for a period of 5 years counted from the day of recording your last activity in actions and marketing events organized online or offline.

6. During the whole time of data storage and processing, you have the right to inspect your personal data, rectify them, delete them or limit their processing.

7. At any time you have the right to object to further processing in the situation of changing the scope of processing specified in point. 3 or withdrawal of consent for a specific scope or all ranges of processing specified in point 3 of these Regulations. 8. At any time, in the event of a violation of your personal data, you have the right to report it to the Supervisory Authority of GIODO.
